William Gorham designed aircraft and aviation engines of 125 HP and 150 HP, with the intention to introduce them in Japan.

-The plane was very similar to the Curtiss-Jenny. and that it was known in Japan as the Gorham Biplane. (see the book by Mikesh and Shorzoe from Putnam).

-The Gorham engine was a water-cooled, six-cylinder, in line engine.
