"EPI / Orenda"
-They adapt the Orenda (Chevrolet based) on the Aero-Commander 685, as we have seen like on the Air Tractor 401.
-This company offers complete adaptation equipment including engine, gear, benches, transmissions, etc. like the kit for the small Rotorway helicopter, shown below.
-The engine is a Solar (APU) giving 150 hp.

-And a new recent example of an engine that is adapted for aviation. The Gen-1 Aircraft V8.
"Considered being reliable and with high performance"
From Appendix 9: New models of engine adaptation by this brand. Besides the Gen-1 mentioned in the main text, there is also the Gen-2 A / C V8 and the Gem-4 with GM LS series engines.
-These new engines have PSRU Mark-9 gearboxes. PSRU stands for Propeller Speed Reduction Unit, that is, the gearbox. The Mark-15 box is planned for the new 10.7 liter, 12-cylinder, V-engine with a power of 1200 hp. A diesel type engine to run on Jet-A1 fuel.
-The Mark-15 box is already being used on the GM-572.
