-It has not been clear who is the constructor of these engines in England. Austro-Daimler became BHP and Beardmore and it is possible that this was the source of their introduction. However, research continues.
-It was an engine used on RAF aircraft towards 1917 for its good result On Be-2 aircraft, becoming the main engine of this type of aircraft. Two models were made, the V8 that gave 100 hp and the V12 giving 150 hp.
