Based on Nissan engines, the V-6 that gave 1,000 hp was designed and called VG-30. It was designed to beat the speed record for piston aircraft with the Pond Racer .
-This great power was achieved with turbocharger and inter cooler, in addition to injecting methanol.
-The engine was liquid cooled and 4-stroke.
