Honorario Dönnez, is a former technician of the Turkish Air Force: the "Turk Hava Kuvleteri".
-Currently he is dedicated to the design and manufacture of a line of low power engines for motorized paragliders, and is entering into the possibilities of its use in UAV and drones. It seems that their engines are accepted in Germany.
