By 1918, the Detroit Aeronautic Construction Co. was based at the same address as the Detroit Airplane Co. In 1920 it was called Detroit Aircraft Engineering Corp. Constituted by Glenn
Angle and Ed Rickenbacker).
-Eventually in 1928 it was sold to the LeBlond Co, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
-In this section we refer to the same 4-, and 6-cylinder in line engines and the radial 5-cylinder AirCat that appear in an ancestor company.
