De Palma manufactured the V-4 engine exhibited at the NASM, Smithsonian Museum in Washington.

From Appendix 7: At the 1919 aeronautical exhibition at Madison Square Garden, the Messenger T-4 aircraft was presented with a four-cylinder, 37 hp, V-shaped De Palma engine.
-It is clearly the same engine that was fitted on the Bug of Dayton-Wright, who had designed it.
