The "Fauvel" engines were developed by E. de Coucy and Charles Fauvel although the construction was carried out by "Survol" (see).
-These engines were mainly used in Fauvel's motor-gliders.
-Known as "Pygmée", these engines were built between 1967 and 1974 with two powers, 40 and 52 CV, both at 5,500 rpm with a reduction of 0.5 to 1.
-They had 4 horizontally-opposed cylinders. Another one is mentioned, an engine that gave 60 CV at 2,300 rpm of the propeller.
