DAIMLER-MERCEDES

(Germany)

Several times we can find the Daimler and Mercedes engines with the compound name. From 1926 even mixed with Benz.

-This occurs with the engine showed below, with the Daimler-Mercedes compound name, taken from a publication.

-Sometimes Mercedes only. It is this six cylinder in line engine that gave 70 CV at 1,300 rpm.

-The cylinder diameter and stroke are 120 x 140 mm. The cylinders were coupled two by two.
