Compact Radial Engines Inc. manufactures and distributes their "MZ" and "SC" series multi-purpose two-stroke engines from their facilities in British Columbia Canada.
-The "MZ" series has models from 18 hp with a single cylinder up to 85 hp, with several cylinders.
"MZ-100"
-The MZ-100 with 18 hp at 9,700 rpm, is a single cylinder with a multiple-belt speed reducer for PPG applications.
“MZ-34”
-The MZ-34, with 27 hp at 6,250 rpm for ULM and PPG.
"MZ-35"
-The MZ-35, with 27 hp at 6,250 rpm for motor gliders.
"MZ-201"
-The MZ-201 is a two-cylinder that gives 45 hp at 4,700 rpm, for ultralight aviation.
"MZ-202"
-The MZ-202 is a two-cylinder in-line engine with a forced air blower. It gives 60 hp at 5,800 rpm. For ultralights and PPG.
"MZ-301"
-The MZ-301 gives 85 hp at 5,800 rpm and is used in ultralights, hovercrafts and experimental aircraft.
"SC-430"
The "SC" series consists of radial motors. The SC-430 three-cylinder gives 20 hp at 4,200 rpm, for powered paragliders (PPG).
"SC-570"
-The SC-570 has 4 radial cylinders, gives 24 hp at 4,200 rpm and is used on motor gliders and Ultra light aviation.
-As we can see, the two series are air-cooled and 2-stroke. There is a possibility of adapting a reduction gear unit with a centrifugal clutch.
