Light engine for airplanes, motor gliders and helicopters, with the intention of replacing the Continental C-65, which was used generally in the 1970's.
"Cicaré, 4C2T"
-The presented model is the 2-stroke 4C2T with 4 horizontally opposed air-cooled cylinders. It gave 70 hp at 4,000 rpm, using a mixture of gasoline and oil.
-It was announced as a low cost engine and was produced between 1973 and 1981.
-The 2-cylinder Cicaré that gave 30 hp was active between 1970 and 1971. And the Cicaré 4C-27, 190/200 CV also seems to be a two-stroke engine.
-Augusto Cicaré was a small-helicopter builder and his engines were destined precisely to these machines.
