This factory is located in the city of Changzhou in the province of Jiangsu.

-It is also known as Jiangxi Helicopter Engine Factory and it is where they built the WZ-6 turboshaft engine (Chinese version of the 1,536 SHP Turbomeca Turmo IIIC).
