Well before the relation with Campini for motorjet powered aircraft projects, known as CC-1 and CC-2, Caproni made at least three engines under its own brand name.

-In 1911, It made a 35/40 hp, 3-cylinder radial. In 1912 it made the double version with the same cylinder size, 6 in total. This double version gave 50/60 hp.

-During the same year 1912, appeared a 12-cylinder radial engine with somewhat larger cylinders that gave 120 hp.

-The engine factory was based in Vizzola Ticino.

-From appendix 9: Assembly used for the Ca.1 and realized in the Ca.30.

-Possibly the "Caproni & Faccanoni" 60 hp, 6-cylinder.

From Appendix 10: Giorgio Caproni made designs on jet propulsion along with Campini. But we have found some incipient use of exhaust gas to "boost" an additional thrust.
