BRITISH INTERPLANETARY SOCIETY engine specifications

In the late 1930's they were very active in the field of rocketry.

-Its members developed a very interesting moon project (This appears elsewhere in this publication) that we bring back here to show their vision on this question.

-The Lunar Space Ship was designed to have a height of 32 meters and a diameter of 6 meters. Without aerodynamic fins, we can see the multiple load. It had a total of 2490 solid-fuel rockets.

-The multiple loads ignited in a controlled way by an electrical wiring that passed through the center hole.

-In the last stage loads are smaller and with divisible ignition.

-The passenger capsule has a hexagonal shape and within its sides are small liquid-fuel rocket engines to control the position. It has feet for a moon landing.
