"Bristol Aero Industries Ltd" was established in Montreal, Canada, by English Bristol. A subsidiary company was Bristol Aerospace Ltd, established in 1968.

-Other Divisions were in Montreal itself, in Vancouver for engine overhauls, and in Winnipeg, Manitoba. At least it is known that they manufactured engines such as the 15KS-1000-A1 there. (see Aerojet General).
