Based in Rahway and Newark, NJ. They made a 60 hp, 8-cylinder, V engine in 1911. It had a displacement of 402 cu. in.

-In 1913 they made two more engines with 8 cylinders in V. The 70 hp with 452 cu. in. and the 100 hp with 700 cu. in.

-It has a 4-inch stroke and a piston diameter of also 4 inch, and is approximately from 1912.
