The Talos missile designed by the NOTC (Naval Ordnance Test Center), and the Typhoon LR and MR were using Bendix rocket engines and ramjets. No further information at the moment.

From appendix A5/6: In the main text we mention the SAM Talos missile that was powered by a Bendix ramjet holder.

-The launch booster was thel MK11. Now we have one illustration of a couple of them and another in launching process.

-The light colored cylinder at the side is the booster that will come off once the ramjet has reached its operational speed. It reaches Mach 2.5.
