Babel was an eminent technician of the French Bendix Establishments. The engine was as a cylindrical body divided in half, having semicircular enclosures.

-In each of them was a swinging blade that externally drove a connecting rod and its crankshaft. An intake valve in one enclosure and an exhaust in the other.

-The trial turned out to be an engine of 12 cm. diameter, 25 kg. weight and 40 CV power, according to the details that have reached us.

-It was presented in France and the Italian Aviation. They say the Babel engine was built and tested in IF. (Isotta Fraschini).
