"Atelier de Construction du Puteaux" (APX) dedicated to weapons and that together with the LRBA (Laboratoire de Recherches et ballistic Aeodynamiques) took part in the construction of the first ground-based French missile, "Parca".

-They made the core, where thrust is produced, with a liquid-fuel rocket engine working with nitric acid and turpentine.
-It delivered a thrust of 2.2 tons for 21 sec. For take-off it used four solid rockets for 4 sec. In the picture the tail fins and these auxilary rockets are missing.
