The "Quantum M-95" engine designed by Apex Gas Turbines, is based on the APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) of the Chinook helicopters: It is a Solar T-62 adapted to drive and deliver 150 hp.

-The propeller had to be specially built because there was not any available for this application.

-The turboshaft version weighs 75 lbs, giving 95 hp at 6,000 rpm while the turboprop gives 100 ESHP at 3,500 rpm. (at the output shaft).
