Metallurgical Company dedicated to the construction of conversion equipment to adapt car and motorcycle engines to aviation. They used Volkswagen and Subaru car engines and BMW, Suzuki and Guzzi motorcycle engines.

-They built various gearboxes of different sizes and various reduction rates. They were specifically adaptable for each motor.
