The firm AEG (German General Electric) controlled tha NAG or National Automóbil Gesellshaft, (See).

-They built the first Wright engine in Germany under license.

This group also started to build an upright four-cylinder, air-cooled engine of their own design. As we see, it is a classical (and current) engine with valves overhead and pushing rods from the camshaft.
