It appears to be a Kaiser-made engine, but later research indicates that it was a Kaiser (Lutz Kayser) design from the early 1960s.

-It was a very small thruster rocket running on Nitrogen Tetroxide and Monomethyl-hydrazine that was used for satellite orientation. It was capable of 0.010 kN for almost 11 days.
