-With its roots in Sfecmas, an aeronautical materials study company, Sncan was formed in 1954 to develop pulsejet and ramjet engines for military aerial vehicles and according to the fashion of the time.

-The Sncan pulsejet shown with a cutaway part, was mounted on the Arsenal CT.10 (ex Ars-5501).

-The CT.20 already used Turbomeca Marboré turbojets.

-The ramjets tested were the Arsenal Ars.600 and Ars.900.
