The engine used in the Weaver ornithopter for lift gave 20 HP, and for propulsion, it used a 9 HP De Dion engine.

-It appears there were three models of the aircraft with two engine combinations.

-Model 1 had a 20 HP Weaver engine in the fuselage and a two-cylinder DeDion engine with 9 HP for propulsion.

-Model 2 was equipped with a 35/40 HP Alpha engine for lifting.

-Model 3 mounted a 100 HP engine in the fuselage and a 50 HP rotary engine in the nose for propulsion, of unknown make to the author.
