The Vang engine has a special feature: the type of valves. For a better understanding, refer to the Jameson in this publication.
-The valves are blade type, one on each side of the cylinder, moved by an actuator like classic rocker rods.
-The following photograph clearly shows the finned receptacle that houses the valves.

-The Vang was an air-cooled, inline six-cylinder engine gaiving 200 HP at 1,400 rpm.
-It was built at the Govro-Nelson Co. in Michigan.
